This session will be based entirely on CIMA’s move from
a 35,000 sq ft office spread on seven floors to a single
23,500 sq ft floor. Dereck will touch on how they avoided
falling into the ‘visual vanity’ project trap and the
importance of redefining agile work so that it ties in with
your organisational culture. He will also talk about some
of the challenges of maintaining an agile workplace.
